The EnviroNZ Franklin Bulls have named an exciting line-up for the 2020 Schick 3X3 Cup with prolific scorer Marcel Jones as the headline act adding experience to the roster.
Jones, who made the All-Star 5 at the recent Sal's NBL Showdown with 22.8pts and 13.1rbs per game, will be joined by sharp-shooter Nikau McCullough, athletic big man Joel Vaiangina, and rising star Isaac Davidson.
Loaded with creativity, an inside-outside presence and high-calibre scoring options, the Bulls will be a team to watch at the November 12-14 event at ILT Stadium Southland.
Davidson (16.1pts per game at the Showdown) looms as a player to watch, his performances at the Sal's NBL Showdown had him marked as one of the competition's best young players and a versatile star who will be hard to stop in the 3X3 format of the game.
Synergy will also be key for the Bulls with McCullough, Vaiangina and Davidson having all played together at the Showdown, while Jones has more than a decade of experience at slotting straight into a team and delivering the goods.
