Rams Stay Alive With Thrilling OT Win Over Giants

The Wheeler Motor Company Canterbury Rams remain in the hunt for the Sal's NBL Final 4 after a thrilling 95-90 overtime win over the Mike Pero Nelson Giants.

Though they have to rely on other results, all the Rams can do is keep winning and they managed to do that thanks to some EJ Singler magic late in regualr time, before Max Darling joined him to deliver the knock-out blow in overtime.

Singler, Darling and Deshon Taylor fed off another sell-out home crowd when it mattered most.

The Giants relied heavily on the three-ball to keep them in the contest, dropping 15 from a whopping 42 attempts. For the Giants, Hunter Hale, Sam Demspter and Donte Ingram filled the stats sheet.

The Rams will next head south for the 'Southern Swing' and an outside chance of making the Top 4 should they win both, but they also know the Huskies and Nuggets must keep losing for that to happen.
