A long list of New Zealanders are going through the final weeks of preparation for the coming Australian NBL season with as many as 16 Kiwi stars and five coaches now committed to a roster. In season 19/20 there will hardly be a game in the ANBL that doesn't feature New Zealand talent.
The rise of New Zealand's basketball talent is also having a profoundly positive impact on the Sal's NBL with many star players and coaches playing in their homegrown league during the winter months, many building a compelling resume that is then taking them to competition's beyond home shores.
The current list of New Zealand players and coaches set to participate in the 19/20 ANBL season includes;
