The promoter is: National Basketball Ltd (NBLL) (NZBN 9429035108153) whose registered office is at Level 1, 55 Abel Smith St, Wellington 6011 NZ and will hereby be known as the Promoter.
Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is not involved in promotion or the administering of the competition. It is also not the prize provider for this competition. BNZ has no liability to you in relation to these terms.
The competition is open to residents in New Zealand, and you must be aged 18 years or over to apply for the tickets, except employees of Basketball New Zealand (BBNZ) and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry is only available through the QR code and this website.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry each round will be on the Wednesday of the round prior to your preferred event date, no less than 8 days prior to the event date.
After this date, there are no further entries to the competition for that round will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows
Enter competition using the QR code which will take you to a web portal where you are required to fill out all relevant information in the form.
A minimum of 10 general admission tickets must be requested and a maximum of 20 general admission.
Entry must be received no later than the Wednesday of the competition round BEFORE your desired game to attend.
If selected by the rules of the competition and all criteria are met, the Promoter will be in touch the Monday on the week of the live event, at the latest, to arrange details for ticket distribution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: a minimum of 10 general admission tickets up to a maximum of 100 general admission tickets to an NBLL controlled national league covered by this sponsorship if available, taken out of a pool of a maximum 5000 tickets in total. Once the pool of tickets has been exhausted all entries are deemed closed.
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the promoter and based on multiple determining factors.
Winners each week will be chosen on the Monday following reception of entry.
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone no later than on the Monday of the round of their desired event. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
All prizes (tickets) are to be picked up by the competition winner in bulk unless otherwise specified by the Promoter. When possible, e-tickets will be provided. If e-tickets or bulk tickets are provided, a photo of the prize reception will be taken and shared with the promoter and sponsor for use in promotional activities across social platforms.
All transport to and from the venue is the responsibility of the prize winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for travel at any time.
One entry per community group per game. All further entries will be deemed invalid.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If the winner does not accept these terms and conditions the prize will be forfeited.
The winner agrees to the use of their and any accompanying guardians/patrons/school representatives name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. We may share your personal information and data with BNZ on these same terms and in accordance with their privacy policy. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winning community groups names will be available 28 days after competition end date by request by emailing the following address: TTTBG@nz.basketball .
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You are providing your information to the NBLL associated with this national league promotion and not to any other party. The Promoter will judge the competition and decide on the winner until all prizes have been exhausted.
The Promoter’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered.
The Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
