Auckland Huskies duo Tohi Smith-Milner and Kevin Braswell have been handed separate findings from the Sal's NBL Game Review Panel (GRP) following incidents arising from the team's Elimination Final loss to the Canterbury Rams on Wednesday July 29, 2020.
Smith-Milner and Braswell both have 24 hours to take the Early Plea, or they may elect to take the GRP findings to the NBL Tribunal.

With 6:56 to play in the third quarter (Huskies vs Rams, July 29, 2020), player Tohi Smith-Milner went to the Auckland Huskies bench after being called for an Unsportsmanlike Foul. With TV cameras on him, Smith-Milner raised his middle finger to the camera and swore. The action was captured on television and shown live on the screens in the venue.
The GRP’s finding is;
Excessive obscene gesture/language to any person.

Following the completion of the game (Huskies vs Rams, July 29, 2020), Huskies coach Kevin Braswell approached the referees off the court in a rear area near the changerooms and verbally abused (obscene language) referee Hayden Pipe. This incident was witnessed by two other referees. The referees submitted an incident report to the GRP for review.
