The NBL’s review into the Supercity Rangers has been completed with full details to be released next Monday, August 5.
Originally planned for release this Thursday, Sal’s NBL General Manager Justin Nelson explained the delay is due to everyone’s “support and focus on the Tall Blacks this week.”
“The review into the Supercity Rangers has been completed, however our full attention from this Thursday is on the Tall Blacks as they commence their preparations for the FIBA World Cup,” said Nelson.
“Right now we don’t want anything to distract from the enormous positivity around the Tall Blacks, they are about to compete against the very best in the world and understandably that has our full attention and support right now.”
The Tall Blacks head into a four-day camp this Thursday in Auckland, before jetting out to Japan next Monday morning for further preparations.
A statement on the Supercity Rangers will be released on Monday August 5 at 8am.
